The decision to use a call center (with Spectora Advanced of course ;)) seems like a tough one until you hear stories from Bryan and Nick. I randomly chose a couple of our users that also use ACC to see what their mindset was before using a call center and what it's like now that they've been using ISN for a couple months.

I'll skip the part about unprecedented times and get right to it: 

There are a number of programs the government has rolled out this past week to help small businesses of all kinds. And the normal restrictions have been dropped so that means home inspectors need to be taking advantage of these programs to keep their inspectors on-board and to help themselves stay afloat.

We did our best to interpret these bills that were rushed out as there is plenty of ambiguous language (so forgive us if we missed anything!) but please read through these and consult with your CPA and legal counsel.

I caught up with Rob Lemoine for 2 reasons: 1) I just enjoy him as a person and think he is a great leader in our industry and 2) To see how one of the largest companies and top minds in the home inspection industry is thinking about this economic slowdown.

We recorded this episode on Wednesday and put it up on YouTube that afternoon and the podcast on Thursday. With the news flowing in at such a rapid rate and our world and economy changing before our eyes, we just wanted to get the conversation out there for our industry.

One thing is clear from talking with such an action-oriented, inspiring person like Dirk - you can either sit on the sidelines and talk about how bad things could get, or you can get your mind right and take action.

In a 24-hour news cycle that is incentivized to be polarizing and get you to click or watch, Dirk is one of those leaders that gives us balance. Yes things are bad out there. Yes they will likely get worse. But we know from every single recession in our history, there is always opportunity and companies can come out of it stronger. So control what you can control!
