Zac could be a multi-inspector firm already. He's just not sure if that's what he wants. And that's ok. Zac is part of a new wave of inspectors that are in their first 5 years and growing nicely. He is efficient and knows the "time is money" saying is more than a cliche. He lives it.
We talk about efficiency - using the software to get reports done more efficiently and using Spectora Advanced to reduce the need to hire office staff (30-40 min saved per inspection!).
We talk about answering your own phone - the same dilemma everyone faces when they get to hundreds of inspections a year.

Damon is a humble man. He is the COO of the largest inspection company in the country and he speaks so casually about very difficult things.
Damon is somewhat from outside the home inspection industry - that's why he intrigued me. He has a fresh perspective, some of which traces back to his early days at Pizza Hut where he learned about service, pride and efficiency.

Allen is wise beyond his home inspection years. My guess is it has something to do with his previous careers in nursing, ministry, home flipping and owning a photo booth rental service.
This was such a fun and refreshing conversation. Allen is only in year 2 of his home inspection career, but he is off to an amazing start. 100 Google Reviews. A thriving agent referral network. A healthy work-life balance.
We can all learn from Allen's blend of focus, humility and dedication to his clients and learning. He dropped so many tidbits of wisdom that has me excited to share this episode.

Adam Pontier of KC Property Experts is a refreshing guy to talk to. He is an everyday guy that just seems to do what's practical.
And he's winning in the Kansas City area. We get into his backstory and how we jumpstarted his growth years ago with clear communication, being himself and putting effort into relationship building.
You can tell he pays attention to the details - from his report to his emails to the way he mirrors different agents when he interacts. Something we can all learn from.
